In Uttarakhand’s Tehri district, a tragic accident occurred today in the Chamba police station area on the Chamba-Koti Nail road when a vehicle fell into a deep gorge, resulting in the death of eight people on board. Upon receiving the information, the Chamba police and SDRF team immediately reached the spot and launched a rescue operation. Three individuals were rescued alive from the accident site and are being sent to the District hospital for treatment.

 

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed deep sorrow over the incident. He has directed the district administration to ensure proper medical care for the injured and wished them a speedy recovery.
