Uttar Pradesh police today said that they are keeping an eye on the situation in Noida, where incidents of road block, arson and stone pelting were reported from some industrial areas. DGP of the state Rajiv Krishna and ADG, law and order Amitabh Yash are monitoring the situation from the headquarters in Lucknow. Meanwhile, Noida police have said that the situation is under control in the industrial areas. Despite the talks with industrial representatives and district administration yesterday, workers got agitated today and blocked the roads demanding for a hike in their wages.
