External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar met Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, in New Delhi today. In a social media post, Dr Jaishankar said, during the meeting, both leaders discussed bilateral cooperation between India and Ukraine. He added that the leaders also exchanged views on the Ukraine conflict. 

National Security Adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval met Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov in New Delhi. In a social media post, the External Affairs Ministry said that the two sides reviewed bilateral relations and discussed the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict. During the meeting, NSA reiterated India’s principled position and focus on peaceful resolution through dialogue and diplomacy.
