The 15th Delhi International Film Festival (DIFF) 2026 is scheduled to be held from the 4th to the 8th of next month in the National Capital. The festival will be organized at IGNCA and Ambedkar International Centre. IGNCA said that this year, China, Russia and Africa have been selected as Focus Countries, highlighting diverse dimensions of global cinema and promoting cultural dialogue.
The festival is being organised with the support of IGNCA and the Ministry of Culture, reflecting a shared commitment to promote meaningful cinema rooted in cultural values. Alongside mainstream films, special emphasis will be laid on documentary and cultural films that document heritage, traditions and knowledge systems, while also strengthening India’s cultural presence globally. The event will include the unveiling of the official festival AV, presentation of the festival montage, launch of the IGNCA AV and an interaction with the media.
