Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh met the Secretary of the Department of Migrant Workers of Philippines, Hans Leo Cacdac. In a social media post, Mr Singh informed that during their meeting, they discussed collaboration on the shared issues of mobility and migration.
