A civilian was killed and dozens more were injured in overnight Russian attacks across Ukraine. The fatality occurred in Mykolaivka, in the eastern Donetsk region. At least 26 others were injured in attacks across northern and eastern parts of the country, including a strike targeting port infrastructure in Odesa. Ukraine’s air force said Russia launched 219 drones overnight, 190 of which were intercepted. 

 

Meanwhile, Ukrainian drones struck industrial areas in the Russian cities of Novokuibyshevsk and Syzran, both located in the Samara region and home to major oil refineries. Russia’s Ministry of Defense said its forces shot down 258 Ukrainian drones overnight across 16 regions, as well as over the annexed Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea and the Black and Azov seas.
