Governor Manoj Sinha Lays Foundation for Poonch Rehabilitation Project

Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha today laid the foundation stone for a significant rehabilitation project aimed at supporting families of Poonch affected by the Operation Sindoor and floods.
