President Droupadi Murmu today paid floral tributes to former President Giani Zail Singh on his 109th birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi. President Murmu paid floral tributes to the portrait of the former President. Born on May 5, 1916, in Faridkot district of Punjab, Mr Singh served as the seventh President of the country from 1982 to 1987.
