The Kendriya Grihmantri Dakshata Padak has been awarded to one thousand 466 personnel of various states, union territories, Central Armed Police Forces, and Central Police Organisations for the year 2025. The Home Affairs Ministry, in a statement, informed that the medal is given to recognise excellent work, and promote high professional standards of the concerned official or officer in four fields.

The four fields are Special Operations, Investigation, Intelligence and Forensic Science. The list of awardees is available on the website of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The medal is announced every year on 31st October on the occasion of the Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and was instituted by the Ministry in February 2024.
