The Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) has revised school timings for all government and recognised private schools up to the Higher Secondary level in the summer zone areas of Jammu division.

As per an order issued by the Directorate, schools will now function from 8 AM to 2 PM, effective from May 1. The revised schedule will remain in force till September 30, 2026, in view of the summer season.
