The Cuban President in a video broadcast on national television yesterday said, there are international factors that have facilitated these talks. He described the purpose of these talks to identify the bilateral problems that need a solution. He said that the aim was to determine the willingness of both parties to take concrete actions for the benefit of the people of both countries.
