सरकार ने पशुधन क्षेत्र में वृद्धि को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए संशोधित राष्ट्रीय गोकुल मिशन को स्वीकृति दी है। नई दिल्ली में कल मंत्रिमंडल के निर्णयों के बारे में सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने कहा कि संशोधित राष्ट्रीय गोकुल मिशन का कार्यान्वयन एक हजार करोड़ रुपये के अतिरिक्त परिव्यय के साथ किया जा रहा है। यह 15वें वित्त आयोग कार्यकाल 2021-22 से 2025-26 के दौरान कुल 3400 करोड़ रुपये का परिव्यय है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस योजना से दुग्ध उत्पादन और उत्पादकता को काफी प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा। इससे किसानों की आय में वृद्धि भी होगी। मंत्रिमंडल ने डेयरी विकास के लिए संशोधित राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम को भी स्वीकृति दी। श्री वैष्णव ने कहा कि यह पहल डेयरी बुनियादी ढांचे के आधुनिकीकरण और विस्तार पर केंद्रित है। इससे क्षेत्र की निरंतर वृद्धि और उत्पादकता सुनिश्चित होती है। डेयरी विकास के लिए संशोधित राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम को अतिरिक्त एक हजार करोड़ रुपये के साथ बढ़ाया गया है। इससे 15वें वित्त आयोग कार्यकाल 2021-22 से 2025-26 की अवधि के लिए कुल बजट दो हजार सात सौ नब्बे करोड़ रुपये हो गया है।

The European Space Agency (ESA) released the first batch of data from the Euclid space telescope’s mission last evening, marking a major step toward creating a 3D map of the universe. The telescope was launched from Florida in 2023 and is currently positioned 1.5 million kilometers from Earth.
“Astronomers are predicting an “avalanche of discoveries” after the first major release of observations from a European space telescope built to study the mysterious dark matter and dark energy that comprise the bulk of the universe. The ESA’s Euclid mission has captured images of 26 million galaxies, covering 10bn years of cosmic history.
Over the course of its six-year mission, Euclid is expected to chart one-third of the sky, encompassing 1.5 billion galaxies. While in orbit, it’s tasked with gathering data on how the universe has expanded over time and shedding light on the mysterious forces of dark energy and dark matter. Telangana state Government signed a Memorandum of Understanding with American fast-food giant, McDonald’s for the establishment of its global capability centre (GCC) in Hyderabad. The MoU was signed in the presence of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy yesterday. An official release stated that the Chief Minister and chairman and CEO of McDonald’s, Chris Kempczinski, finalised the agreement at a meeting held in the Assembly premises.
Expressing his delight, Reddy spoke of Hyderabad’s successful bid to host McDonald’s global office, prevailing over stiff competition from other Indian cities. Kempczinski cited Hyderabad’s talent pool and superior business environment as key factors in zeroing in on the city for their GCC.
The centre will initially employ 2,000 people, reinforcing the state’s role as a growing business and technology hub. During discussions, the Chief Minister highlighted the state’s robust skilling initiatives and encouraged McDonald’s to collaborate with the Young India skills university while recruiting trained employees for its GCC and restaurant operations across the country.

पश्चिम बंगाल में एक सींग वाले गैंडे की आबादी 229 से बढ़कर 392 हो गई है। 5 और 6 मार्च को जलदापाड़ा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान, गोरुमारा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान, चपरामारी वन्यजीव अभ्यारण्य और पश्चिम बंगाल के जलपाईगुड़ी रिजर्व वन के कुछ हिस्सों में 396 वर्ग किलोमीटर क्षेत्र में गैंडों की गणना की गई। बुधवार को एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में वन विभाग ने बताया कि गोरुमारा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान में गैंडों की संख्या 58 से 63 के बीच है, जिसका औसत अनुमान 61 है, जबकि जलदापाड़ा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान में यह अनुमान 327 से 334 के बीच है, जिसका औसत अनुमान 331 है। पश्चिम बंगाल का जलदापाड़ा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान, असम के काजीरंगा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान के बाद एक सींग वाले गैंडे का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा निवास स्थान है। वन विभाग ने बताया कि पहले 2022 में जनसंख्या 347 थी। पश्चिम बंगाल के मुख्य वन्यजीव वार्डन श्री देबल रे ने कहा है कि राज्य के जंगलों में एक सींग वाले गैंडे का भविष्य बहुत अच्छा है। 5 और 6 मार्च को आयोजित गैंडा जनगणना में 15 गैर सरकारी संगठनों और नागरिक समाज समूहों की सक्रिय भागीदारी के साथ 631 वन कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया है।

शशिभूषण रथ
शशिभूषण रथ (अंग्रेज़ी: Sashibhusan Rath, जन्म- 1 जनवरी, 1885, गंजाम, मृत्यु- 20 मार्च, 1943) ‘उड़िया पत्रकारिता के जनक’ और स्वतंत्रता सैनानी थे। पत्रकारिता के अभाव में उड़ीसा की जन भावना प्रकट नहीं हो पाती थी। इस अभाव को दूर करने के लिए शशिभूषण रथ ने 1913 में ‘आशा’ नाम का साप्ताहिक पत्र निकाला। उन्होंने महिलाओं के उत्थान का समर्थन किया था।
‘उड़िया पत्रकारिता के जनक’ शशिभूषण रथ का जन्म 1 जनवरी, 1885 ई. को गंजाम ज़िले में हुआ था। वह लंबोदर महापात्र के पुत्र थे, पर उनके दादा ने जन्म से पहले ही उन्हें अपने एक संबंधी दिगंबर रथ को गोद दे दिया था। शशिभूषण के विद्यार्थी जीवन काल में ही उड़ीसा को अलग राज्य बनाने के आंदोलन ने जोर पकड़ लिया था। सन 1903 में इसके लिए पहली बार ‘उत्कल सम्मिलनी’ हुई। इस आंदोलन का ही परिणाम था कि 1912 में बंगाल से अलग करके बिहार, उड़ीसा का नया प्रांत बना। लेकिन गंजाम को इसमें नहीं मिलाया गया। इस पर फिर आंदोलन हुआ और अपनी पढ़ाई छोड़कर शशिभूषण भी उसमें कूद पड़े। आजीविका के लिए छोटी-मोटी नौकरियां करते हुए वे उस समय के प्रमुख नेताओं के संपर्क में आए और कांग्रेस के सदस्य बन गए।

His experience in the 1947 Partition of India inspired him to write Train to Pakistan in 1956 (made into film in 1998), which became his most well-known novel.Born in Punjab, Khushwant Singh was educated in Modern School, New Delhi, St. Stephen’s College, and graduated from Government College, Lahore. जयपाल सिंह मुंडा (3 जनवरी 1903 – 20 मार्च 1970) एक भारतीय राजनीतिज्ञ, लेखक और खिलाड़ी थे। वे संविधान सभा के सदस्य थे, जिसने भारतीय संघ के नए संविधान पर बहस की थी। उन्होंने एम्स्टर्डम में 1928 के ग्रीष्मकालीन ओलंपिक में स्वर्ण पदक जीतने वाली भारतीय फील्ड हॉकी टीम की कप्तानी की थी। बाद में वे आदिवासियों के हितों और मध्य भारत में उनके लिए एक अलग मातृभूमि के निर्माण के लिए अभियान चलाने वाले व्यक्ति के रूप में उभरे। भारत की संविधान सभा के सदस्य के रूप में उन्होंने पूरे आदिवासी समुदाय के अधिकारों के लिए अभियान चलाया।

Christo decided to stay in India and appeared in over 200 movies in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, playing a recurring typecast villain.Sanjay Khan discovered him and gave him his first break in his movie Abdullah as the villain, and also after many years, Sanjay Khan gave him a break, firstly in Magnum Opus “The Sword of Tipu Sultan” and then in The Great Maratha, where he played the iconic character of Ahmed Shah Abdali.

Madan Lal Udhouram Sharma (born 20 March 1951) is a former Indian cricketer (1974–1987) and Indian national cricket coach. He was a member of the 1983 Cricket World Cup winning India squad. He was also a part of the Indian squad which won the 1985 World Championship of Cricket.Madan Lal enjoyed outstanding all-round success at first-class level scoring 10,204 runs (av 42.87), including 22 hundreds, also capturing 625 wickets (av 25.50). He had a side-on bowling action.He played 39 Test matches for India, scoring 1,042 runs at an average of 22.65, taking 71 wickets at 40.08 and holding 15 catches. He was a fairly competent lower order batsman, often extricating the Indian team from tricky situations which earned him the nickname, Maddad Lal by grateful Indian fans.He made 67 One Day Internationals appearances and was also a member of the 1983 World Cup final winning team where he teamed up with Kapil Dev, Balwinder Sandhu, Roger Binny, Mohinder Amarnath and Kirti Azad to contain and destroy the opposition. In the 1983 world cup finale Kapil Dev took the extraordinary catch of Vivian Richards off the bowling of Madan Lal. Madan Lal played for Punjab but later played for Delhi. Madan Lal also bowled the first ball to Dennis Amiss of England in the 1975 World Cup.
