Delhi government has decided to implement the Ayushman Bharat health insurance scheme. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said this while briefing media after chairing the first Cabinet meeting of the newly sworn in Delhi government yesterday. She said that Ayushman Bharat scheme, along with top-up of 5 lakh rupees from Delhi government, has been approved unanimously and it will be implemented at the earliest.

In Jammu and Kashmir, Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar, who is also Chairman on Shiv Khori Shrine Board, on Thrusday chaired a meeting to review the preparations for three-day Maha Shivratri Shivkhori Mela, set to commence from February 25. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that the meeting reviewed measures taken for barricading, public announcement system, provision of yatra registration counters, establishment of control rooms, and installation of hoardings to avoid inconvenience to pilgrims.
Taking note of the growing number of pilgrims, Mr Ramesh Kumar proposed developing a mobile application for speedy pilgrim registration and management. The CMO was asked to permanently station a doctor at Bhawan, besides deploy an Ambulance and fully equipped medical team for the duration of the festival.

अब खबरें महाकुंभ से-
रेलवे-महाकुंभ रेलवे ने महाकुंभ के अंतिम सप्ताह के दौरान यात्रियों की भीड़ को प्रबंधित करने की तैयारियां की हैं। इसके लिए कई स्टेशनों पर प्लेटफार्मों के बाहर होल्डिंग क्षेत्र बनाए गए हैं जहां से यात्रियों की आवाजाही को नियंत्रित किया जाएगा। यात्रियों को रेलगाड़ियों के निर्धारित प्रस्थान समय के अनुसार ही प्लेटफार्म पर प्रवेश करने की अनुमति होगी। पिछले शनिवार को नई दिल्ली रेलवे स्टेशन पर हुई भगदड़ को देखते हुए अयोध्या, वाराणसी, गाजियाबाद, नई दिल्ली और आनंद विहार सहित प्रमुख स्टेशनों पर विशेष होल्डिंग क्षेत्र बनाए गए हैं और रेल सुरक्षा बल-आरपीएफ के अतिरिक्त जवानों की तैनाती की गई है। गाजियाबाद स्टेशन पर होल्डिंग एरिया विकसित किया गया है।
महाकुंभ – जेल
उत्तरप्रदेश की जेलों में बंद कैदी आज जेल परिसर में ही महाकुंभ स्नान करेंगे। इसके लिए जेल परिसर में प्रयागराज के त्रिवेणी संगम का जल लाया जाएगा। हमारे संवाददाता ने बताया है कि इससे कैदियों को अपनी धार्मिक और सांस्कृतिक मान्यताओं का पालन करने का अवसर मिलेगा।

Tamilnadu Chief Minister M.K.Stalin inaugurated 1421 Crore worth highway projects in Chengalpattu and Tiruvannamalai districts. The projects he inaugurated included the widened Cheyyur – Paniayur link road and the Cheyyur Vandavasi Polur Road. The Project is funded under the Chennai -Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Scheme with assistance from the Asian Development Bank included road widening, realignment of utility pipelines and long term maintenance. The Upgraded road was expanded to a ten meter wider stretch integrating safety features such as street lights, surveillance Cameras and public amenities like bus shelters with restrooms.

दिल्ली के मेजर ध्यानचंद स्टेडियम में आदि महोत्सव 2025 जारी है। दस दिन तक चलने वाले इस उत्सव में भारत के जनजातीय समुदायों की जीवंत संस्कृति, विरासत और आर्थिक क्षमता को प्रदर्शित किया जा रहा है। हमारे संवाददाता ने बताया है कि महोत्सव में आने वाले लोग आदिवासी पेंटिंग, जूट बैग, हस्तनिर्मित घरेलू सजावट के उत्पाद बड़ी संख्या में खरीद रहे हैं।

The Command Hospital Air Force in Bengaluru has created a milestone in the field of organ donation and life saving medical interventions. It has successfully conducted a significant organ retrieval operation by retrieving cornea, liver, Kidney, heart and the lungs donated by a serving soldier declared brain dead after meeting with a road accident at Kasaragod in Kerala. The organs were donated to the patients in Chennai, Delhi and Bengaluru.

Union Minister of State for Home B. Sanjay Kumar has said Telangana state has been allocated 1 lakh 8 thousand crore rupees in the form of taxes and schemes in the annual Union Budget. He alleged the Congress government of spreading ‘false propaganda’ against the Centre to divert the attention of the people from its own failure to implement the six promised guarantees to people during the Assembly polls. Addressing a press conference in Hyderabad, he said 29 thousand 899 crore has been allocated as tax devolution – which is 10% more than that of the last year. Another 21 thousand 75 crore was allocated as grants, and 5 thousand 336 crore rupees has been allocated for the development of Railways. He said the railway allocations are 20 times more than during the UPA regime.

पूर्व राष्ट्रपति और महान वैज्ञानिक डॉ ए.पी.जे. अब्दुल कलाम से जब एक साक्षात्कार में पूछा गया था कि आप इतने महान वैज्ञानिक बन गए, इसमें सबसे बड़ा योगदान किसका मानते है तो उन्होंने उत्तर दिया था कि ” मेरी पढ़ाई मातृभाषा में हुई है इसलिए मैं इतना ऊंचा वैज्ञानिक बन सका हूं “, क्योंकि मूल भाषा उनकी पढ़ाई की तमिल रही।
इसके अलावा हमारे देश में कई ऐसे विद्वान हुए जिनका मानना था विज्ञान की पढ़ाई मातृभाषा में ही होनी चाहिए ताकि सभी लोग इसमें भाग ले सकें। महान भौतिकविदों में से एक सी वी रमन इनमें से एक थे।

आज याद करते हैं कुछ प्रसिद्ध साहित्यकारों को–
सूर्य़कांत त्रिपाठी निराला आज ही के दिन सन 1896 में जन्म हुआ था सूर्य़कांत त्रिपाठी निराला का। निराला का जन्म बंगाल में मेदिनीपुर जिले के महिषादल गांव में हुआ था। अपने जीवन में निराला ने मृत्यु का जैसा साक्षात्कार किया था उसकी अभिव्यक्ति उनकी कई कविताओं में दिखाई देती है। सन 1916 में उन्होंने प्रसिद्ध कविता जूही की कली लिखी जिससे बाद में उनको प्रसिद्धि मिली और वे मुक्त छंद के प्रवर्तक भी माने गए। निराला सन 1922 में रामकृष्ण मिशन द्वारा प्रकाशित पत्रिका समन्वय के संपादन से जुड़े। सन 1923-24 में वे मतवाला के संपादक मंडल में शामिल हुए। वे जीवनभर पारिवारिक और आर्थिक कष्टों से जूझते रहे। अपने स्वाभिमानी स्वभाव के कारण निराला कहीं टिककर काम नहीं कर पाए। अंत में इलाहाबाद आकर रहे और वहीं उनका देहांत हुआ।
इलाहाबाद में पत्थर तोड़ती महिला पर लिखी उनकी कविता आज भी सामाजिक यथार्थ का एक आईना है। उनका ज़ोर वक्तव्य पर नहीं वरन् चित्रण पर था, सड़क के किनारे पत्थर तोड़ती महिला का रेखांकन उनकी काव्य चेतना की सर्वोच्चता को दर्शाता है – आईये सुनते हैं उनकी ये कविता हमारी सहयोगी रितिका गुप्ता की आवाज़ में

1829 a brave woman warrior gave up her life for the sake of her kingdom and her motherland,,, this fearless lady warrior Kittur Rani Chennamma she was the first woman freedom fighter, the queen of the Princely State of Kittur, Karnataka. She fought against British rule and although she did not succeed in defeating them, she inspired many women freedom fighters to take up arms against the British rule in India. Kittur Rani Chennamma, the brave queen of Kittur, continues to inspire many with her bravery, leadership, and fighting spirit. Her story has been passed down through generations, and today, she is revered as a symbol of courage and resistance against oppression.

नूतन (अंग्रेज़ी: Nutan, पूरा नाम: नूतन समर्थ, जन्म- 4 जून, 1936; मृत्यु: 21 फ़रवरी, 1991) हिन्दी सिनेमा की सबसे प्रसिद्ध अभिनेत्रियों में से एक रही हैं। सुजाता, बंदिनी, मैं तुलसी तेरे आंगन की, सीमा, सरस्वती चंद्र, और मिलन जैसी कई फ़िल्मों में अपने उत्कृष्ट अभिनय से नूतन ने यह साबित किया कि नायिकाओं में भी अभिनय क्षमता है और अपने अभिनय की बदौलत वे दर्शकों को सिनेमा हॉल तक लाने में सक्षम हैं।
नूतन ने बतौर बाल कलाकार फ़िल्म ‘नल दमयंती’ से अपने सिने कैरियर की शुरूआत की। इस बीच नूतन ने अखिल भारतीय सौंदर्य प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लिया जिसमें वह प्रथम चुनी गई लेकिन बॉलीवुड के किसी निर्माता का ध्यान उनकी ओर नहीं गया। वर्ष 1955 में प्रदर्शित फ़िल्म ‘सीमा’ से नूतन ने विद्रोहिणी नायिका के सशक्त किरदार को रूपहले पर्दे पर साकार किया। 1957 में आई पेइंग गेस्ट में उनकी भूमिका को काफी सराहा गया।

Birth anniversary of Mirra Alfassa known to her followers as The Mother who was the spiritual collaborator of Sri Aurobindo. She came to Sri Aurobindo’s spiritual retreat in Pondicherry in 1914. During WW-1, she spent most of her time in Japan where she met Rabindranath Tagore. Finally she returned to Pondicherry and stayed there from 1920. After 1926, when Sri Aurobindo retired, she founded her ashram (Sri Aurobindo Ashram), with a few disciples and became the spiritual guide of the community.

ज़ोहराबाई ने हिंदी फिल्मों में कई बेहतरीन गाने गाए लेकिन फिर भी बहुत ही कम लोग हैं जो उनके बारे में जानते हैं। उनका जन्म पंजाब के अंबाला में एक संगीत घराने में हुआ था। कह सकते हैं गायिकी का ये हुनर उन्हें विरासत में मिला था. अपने दादा गुलाम हुसैन खान से ज़ोहराबाई ने संगीत की शिक्षा बचपन से ही लेनी शुरू कर दी थी, जिसके बाद 14 साल की छोटी सी उम्र में उन्होंने अपने गायिकी के करियर की शुरूआत भी कर दी थी। जिस उम्र में बच्चों को खेल-खिलौनों से फुरसत नहीं होती उस उम्र में ज़ोहराबाई ने अपनी जिंदगी की राह चुन ली थी।
