In Bangladesh, an Assistant Security Protocol Officer at the Assistant High Commission of India in Chattogram has been found dead at the mission premises in the Khulshi area. Police said the incident occurred yesterday morning. The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Narender, a resident of Haryana in India, who was serving at the mission. 

 

Police Commissioner Hasan Md Showkat Ali said no apparent abnormalities were found during the initial examination. He added that the exact cause of death will be known after the autopsy report. 

 

The Assistant High Commission of India is in touch with the family to arrange the repatriation of the mortal remains.
