White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that no illegal immigrants had been released into the United States over the past nine months, describing it as a notable accomplishment of the Trump administration. 

 

Speaking to reporters during a press briefing yesterday, Ms Leavitt highlighted that the administration’s immigration enforcement policies has contributed to a significant reduction in crime nationwide, despite criticism from Democrats and certain media outlets. 

 

Citing newly released data, she said crime rates had declined markedly under President Donald Trump’s leadership. 

 

Leavitt also noted that President Trump had urged Congress to pass the SAVE America Act, which she said would ensure adherence to federal election laws by removing non-citizens from voter rolls and requiring voter ID and proof of citizenship for registration.
