In West Bengal, Indian Gorkha Janshakti Front-IGJF, a regional party will contest upcoming state Assembly Election on five seats of Darjeeling Hill and Tarai. Today the President of IGJF, Ajoy Edward, announced the name of party candidates. He himself will contest from Darjeeling, Vandana Rai from Kurseong, B. B. Lepcha from Kalimpong, Krishnanand Singh from Siliguri and Nimesh Sundas will contest from Matigara-Naxalbari seat. The Assembly Election on these seats will be held in 1st phase on April 23.
