The Watershed Yatra will start tomorrow with the theme “Jal Laaye Dhan-Dhaanya”. Briefing the media in New Delhi, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the mass outreach campaign to create awareness about Watershed Development activities will run in 6 thousand 673 gram panchayats from 26 states and 2 Union Territories. He added that through this, awareness will be raised amongst the masses about water conservation and soil degradation. He urged more and more people to join the campaign.
