Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan will be on a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir from tomorrow. During his maiden visit, the Vice-President will grace the Convocation Ceremony of the University of Kashmir in Srinagar as the Chief Guest on Thursday.
