Vice President C.P Radhakrishnan paid floral tributes to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, at his portrait, on his death anniversary at the Vice President’s Enclave in New Delhi today. In a social media post, Mr Radhakrishnan said that the timeless talisman of Mahatma Gandhi to recall the face of the poorest and weakest person remains a profound moral compass for India’s actions and policies.

The Vice President also reaffirmed the government’s commitment to upholding Gandhi’s enduring values in the pursuit of justice, harmony, and an inclusive society. He also expressed hope that the life and ideals of truth, non-violence, and selfless service that Bapu embodied continue to inspire humanity.
