Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar appealed to students to explore the opportunity basket which is in technology and not merely in government jobs. He said infrastructure like the digital Tower is the gateway to such opportunities. The vice president was addressing a function after inaugurating the Digital Tower at Ramdeo Baba University in Nagpur on Sunday. Governor of Maharashtra CP Radhakrishnan, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, former governor of Punjab Banwarilal Purohit were present on this occasion. The 12 storied digital Tower consists digital classrooms equipped with modern technology for catering to the needs of Computer Science and Engineering.
While elaborating on the cutting edge technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning and blockchain, the Vice President said these disruptive technologies are both challenges and opportunities and students have to change these challenges into opportunities. He also said that Technology like Quantum computing and green hydrogen missions will be game changers.
On this occasion, Vice President along with his wife Dr. Sudesh Dhankhad planted a tree under ‘Ek Ped Man ke naam ‘campaign in the University Campus.
