Vice President C P Radhakrishnan today released four compiled books on the speeches of Prime Minister Narendra Modi titled Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishvash Sabka Prayas, published by the Publications Division in New Delhi this morning. He said, Prime Minister Modi is an inspiration for millions across the country and abroad. The Vice President said, Mr Modi has grown from being a representative of the common man to a people’s true leader whose determination has shown that how impossible can be made possible. He said, when there is a will in the heart to serve humanity without any expectation, it brings success which Mr Modi has shown to the world.
Mr Radhakrishnan said, these books, containing selected speeches from the 4th and 5th years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 2nd term, manifests his vision and approach to good governance in many ways.
Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been one of the best communicators in the world. He said, Mr Modi inspires the countrymen with his speech. Mr Harivansh said, even after India emerged from the shadows of colonial rule after Independence, it was only post-2014 that India began to speak about its culture and ancient heritage with pride.
On the occasion, Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said that Prime Minister Modi has made politics a medium of serving the people. Mr Vaishnaw highlighted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is implementing the world’s largest food security program, providing free food grains to over 80 crore people. He also noted that 54 crore Jan Dhan accounts have been opened and 13 crore toilets have been constructed across the country.
Information and Broadcasting Secretary Sanjay Jaju said, Publication Division is a premier media unit of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. He said the division has been meticulously curating and presenting various books in an attractive and reader-friendly format since 1941.
