Vice Prez C. P. Radhakrishnan says youth key stakeholders in achieving Viksit Bharat 2047

Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan has said that Himachal Pradesh has made a significant contribution to the country’s armed forces and has earned recognition across the nation for its rich culture, traditions, and warm hospitality.

 

The Vice President was addressed the 9th Convocation Ceremony of Central University of Himachal Pradesh at Dharamshala. He said that in the present times, universities should prioritize faculty development, encourage innovation, and strengthen collaboration so that India’s higher education system can become globally competitive.

 

Referring to the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, he said that youth and students are among the most important stakeholders in achieving this goal.

 

He emphasized inclusive development and said that no state or section of society should be left behind in the journey of development. Later, the Vice President visited the State War Memorial and paid floral tributes to the martyrs. On the occasion, he said that the hills and valleys of Himachal Pradesh have given birth to generations of brave soldiers whose courage, valour, and patriotism have brought pride to the nation.
