Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar said that the Constitution’s guiding principle has to emanate from the preamble, which is a great unifying force and helps a larger democracy make the boldest of decisions. The Vice President said this while addressing the Special Session of the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly in Itanagar today. He said the celebration of Constitution Day reminds the citizens that there will be justice, equality, and fraternity for all in the country. The Vice President, who was on a one-day visit to Arunachal Pradesh, earlier today attended the 22nd Convocation Ceremony of Rajiv Gandhi University at Doimukh.
