US President likely to visit UK in September at invitation of King Charles III

US President Donald Trump is set to make a state visit to the UK, likely in September. The invitation was extended by King Charles III through a letter delivered by Prime Minister Keir Starmer during a February visit to the White House. Trump’s first state visit in 2019 was hosted by Queen Elizabeth II. Buckingham Palace has yet to confirm the visit’s exact dates.
