Union Ministers congratulate PM Modi on receiving Norway’s highest honour

Union Ministers, including Amit Shah, Jagat Prakash Nadda, Piyush Goyal, Manohar Lal, and Kiren Rijiju today congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on being conferred with Norway’s highest honour, the Grand Cross of the Royal Norwegian Order of Merit. In a social media post, Home Minister Amit Shah said that the 32nd international award marks the expansion of Mr Modi’s leadership, from the south of the globe to its north. The Home Minister added that it also spreads the message of peace and cooperation and bolsters India’s diplomatic leverage among nations.
Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Jagat Prakash Nadda said that the recognition reflects Mr Modi’s strong leadership and India’s growing respect across the world. Mr Nadda added that it also shows the deep friendship between India and Norway, built on trust, cooperation, and strong people-to-people ties that continue to grow stronger with time.
Furthermore, Union Minister of Power Manohar Lal said that the recognition reflects the unwavering commitment of Mr Modi towards strengthening global harmony through the timeless ethos of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’. He said that under the leadership of Mr Modi, India’s stature, voice, and credibility on the global stage continue to rise with renewed strength and pride.
