Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Shivraj Singh Chouhan interacted with weavers and artisans from the northeast at the National Conclave on Weaving India Together in New Delhi yesterday. During the interaction, the Minister applauded Northeastern craftsmanship and cultural heritage. The programme provided a platform for artisans to voice their experiences, challenges and aspirations. The event also underscored the vision of Vocal for Local and Aatmanirbhar Bharat through the inclusive development of rural artisans.
