Union Minister for Civil Aviation, K. Ram Mohan Naidu, said worship of Lord Shiva brings well-being and urged people to embrace spiritual thinking to attain inner peace. On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, the Union Minister visited prominent Shaivite temples in Andhra Pradesh’s Srikakulam district. He offered special prayers at the Sri Uma Rudra Koteswara Temple in Srikakulam town and participated in the Lalitha Sahasranama Parayanam conducted by women devotees.

Later, he visited the Endala Mallanna Swamy Temple in Tekkali, where he performed abhishekam and archana rituals. Speaking on the occasion, he said that spiritual practices help bring peace of mind and mental calmness.
