Union Minister for Power, Manohar Lal, today held a meeting with Coal and Mines Minister G. Kishan Reddy and industry representatives to review the e-waste recycling supply chain. In a social media post, Mr Lal said that during the meeting, both the leaders had discussions on the growing challenge of electronic waste management. The discussions also focused on strengthening collection networks, improving recycling capacity, promoting responsible disposal, and building a more efficient circular economy around e-waste. The Minister emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts between government and industry to address the e-waste challenge in a sustainable and structured manner.
