Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Dr L. Murugan offered prayers at the Tirumala temple today. He had darshan of Lord Venkateswara during the VIP break darshan in the morning. Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) officials received the Union Minister at the temple and arranged a special darshan. Later, Vedic scholars of TTD blessed him at the Ranganayakula Mandapam and presented him with tirtha prasadam. Speaking to the media outside the temple, the Union Minister said the country is progressing safely and prosperously under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He stated that he prayed to Lord Venkateswara for the health and well-being of the people and for the nation’s development.
