Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju has criticised the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, for disrupting the proceedings of the house by not following Parliamentary norms. He said that Mr Gandhi wants to speak beyond rules on the Motion of Thanks on the President’s address. He said that Mr Gandhi is not only wasting the time of the house but also the time of other members who want to speak.
