Union Minister JP Nadda, with Haryana CM, inaugurated 10th National Summit on Good and Replicable Practices and Innovations

Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare J.P. Nadda, along with Haryana Chief Minister  Nayab Singh Saini, today inaugurated the two-day 10th National Summit on Good and Replicable Practices and Innovations in Public Health Systems at Chandigarh. The summit will conclude tomorrow. Haryana Health Minister Arti Singh Rao was also present on this occasion.  
 
Addressing the inaugural session, Union Minister Nadda  said, this initiative is set to provide immense convenience to thousands of our health workers, ranging from field staff to health activists and frontline workers.’ ‘ It will also assist the beneficiaries themselves, whether they are expectant mothers or children, in maintaining their respective health records.  Extending warmest congratulations for this commendable effort, Mr Nadda said, this 10th Summit on Best Practices serves as a vital platform, a venue where we share strategies, innovations, and the various novel initiatives we have undertaken. ‘He said this summit effectively demonstrates how provincial strategies can be leveraged to create a robust health system and a comprehensive ecosystem for the National Health Mission. 
 
Mr Nadda expressed satisfaction that the TB  cases have decreased in the country. He also remarked that significant progress has been achieved in institutional deliveries across the country.
 
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini also addressed the conference. He also highlighted various health-related initiatives and achievements undertaken within the state.
 
Participating in this event are the Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretaries, Mission Directors, senior nodal officers from various states and Union Territories under the Rural Health Mission, and senior officials from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
