Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Dr Mansukh Mandaviya today congratulated the young participants on being selected for the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2026 from among nearly 50 lakh youth across the country.
Addressing the gathering on the third day of the event, the Minister said that, through the dialogue, the youth had been directly connected with the Government of India and would soon present their ideas before Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He emphasised that the Dialogue is not the end of the event but the start of the journey to translate the vision of Viksit Bharat into reality.
Dr Mandaviya also highlighted that the Nasha Mukt Yuva are essential for building Viksit Bharat and described substance abuse as a serious challenge. He stressed the need for sustained outreach activities in universities and schools through programmes like Yuva Connect. He also encouraged the participants to mobilise youth participation, take Viksit Bharat presentations to educational institutions, and work towards connecting one crore young people to the MY Bharat platform.
