Union Minister of State Dr. L. Murugan has said that radio has played a major role in promoting the rich cultural heritage of Tamil language.

 

 

Releasing a compilation book by Prof. D. K. Gopal Aiyar on timeless treasures of Tamil literature today through video conference, the Minister said that the book had the timeless collection of literature by various Tamil writers, poets and others who played an important part in the freedom struggle and also for the period thereafter.
