Union Minister of State for Science and technology Dr. Jitendra Singh will inaugurate the Research Industry, Start-Up and Entrepreneurship Conclave in Chennai tomorrow.
The two-day conclave is being organised by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research units in Chennai and Karaikudi.
In an interaction with the media, Dr N Anandavalli, Director of the Structural Engineering Research Centre Chennai, said that the Conclave aims to create a common platform for start-ups, MSMEs, Industry leaders, academic and research institutions and the public to promote innovation-led growth.
She informed that Umbrella Memorandum of Understanding will be exchanged between CSIR and academic Institutions along with their incubation cnetres during the conclave to strengthen structured collaboration.
More than 100 exhibitors are expected to participate in the conclave.
The conclave is designed to catalyse collaborations, showcase cutting-edge technologies and reinforce Tamil Nadu’s dynamic innovation landscape, built with sustained support from the Ministry of Science and Technology.
