Minister of state for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Dr. Jitendra Singh has said that Aadhaar-enabled digital identity systems and the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan have transformed service delivery mechanism. The Minister said this while speaking to participants of Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme at the Indian Institute of Public Administration in New Delhi. Dr Singh highlighted that the technology has become the easiest and most effective tool to promote transparency and accountability.
