Minister of Science and Technology Dr Jitendra Singh has called the creation of Anusandhan National Research Foundation, ANRF, a unique experiment which will help the country to become a developed nation by 2047. Dr Singh was speaking at the Foundation Day celebration of ANRF in New Delhi today. The Minister said that ANRF is better than various research institutions around the world, as it has the merits of other such organisations and also has features that are inclusive to us, including the traditional Indian knowledge system.

Dr Singh informed that ANRF has representation from various sciences, culture, humanities, social sciences and other science domains. He said, ANRF will help in the development of the nation by promoting ease of science, research, innovation, transfer of technology andease of technology-driven economic growth of the country.
