Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah today called for a change in West Bengal. Speaking at a Durga Puja pandal at Santosh Mitra Square in Kolkata, where the theme ‘Operation Sindoor’ was depicted through a laser show, Mr Shah urged the people of West Bengal to build a state that is secure, peaceful, and prosperous. He is currently in the city to inaugurate Durga Puja festivities. In his speech, he referred to Kabiguru Rabindranath Tagore while speaking about the future of the state. Mr Shah expressed his condolences for those who lost their lives due to electrocution in rain-related incidents in Kolkata earlier this week.
