Union Home Minister Amit Shah paid tribute to the Senior BJP leader and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh on his birth anniversary today. In a social media post, Mr Shah said that Kalyan Singh symbolised a crime-free administration in Uttar Pradesh and never compromised on the principles of protecting the nation’s heritage and cultural pride. He said that Kalyan Singh ji remained firmly committed to his ideological values and even relinquished power to uphold them.
Mr Shah added that Mr Singh’s lifelong dedication to public welfare and service to the people continues to be remembered with respect and will remain an inspiration in public life.
