Two businessmen from Siliguri were arrested by Rajasthan police with the help of Bhaktinagar, Siliguri Police. Police said a case of cyber fraud was lodged in 2019 at Bani Park Police Station, Jaipur. Since then, the accused have been on the run. After hunting for years, the Rajasthan Police traced their last location to Siliguri.
On a specific tip, the Rajasthan Police, with the help of Bhakti Nagar Police, arrested the accused from Jyoti Nagar under Jalpaiguri district yesterday. Today, they were produced beforethe Jalpaiguri Court for transit remand. The details of cyber fraud were not disclosed by the Police.
