Two Maoists were arrested in a joint operation by the Bihar Special Task Force (STF) and local police in Bengabad police station area of Giridih district, Jharkhand.
The arrested accused have been identified as Pankaj Yadav and Pawan Singh, who are wanted in several Maoist-related cases. According to police, both had been absconding for a long time and were hiding in Manjhlatol village. After the arrest, the Bihar STF took both accused to Bihar for further legal action.
