A high-level meeting was held at the State Police Headquarters today to review and strengthen law and order and security arrangements in view of the upcoming Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) elections. The meeting was chaired by Director General of Police Anurag and attended by all senior police officials, district Superintendents of Police, Commandants of TSR battalions, and Sub-Divisional Police Officers (SDPOs). The meeting comprehensively reviewed the overall preparedness and security planning for the TTAADC elections. Key aspects were discussed to ensure that the elections are conducted in a free, fair, and peaceful manner.
