Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram has said that the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan aimed to build a cadre of 20 lakh trained change-leaders across one lakh tribal villages in the country. The Minister said this while addressing the National Conclave on Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan in New Delhi today. The Conclave aims to focus on advancing tribal development in Education and Skill Development, Health and Nutrition, Livelihood and Entrepreneurship, and Infrastructure.
Speaking at the event, Minister of State for Tribal Affairs Durga Das Uikey said that the Tribal Village Vision 2030 Action Plan emerges from over 50 thousand Village Action Plans and integrates flagship schemes like PM-JANMAN and Dharti Aaba Abhiyan 2.0.
