In West Bengal, results for five Rajya Sabha seats have been declared. Following the election process, Babul Supriyo, Koel Mallick, Rajeev Kumar, and Menaka Guruswamy of the Trinamool Congress, along with BJP candidate Rahul Sinha, have been declared winners and they received the certificates.

As Menaka Guruswamy was absent, state minister Arup Biswas accepted the certificate on her behalf. They had filed their nominations at the Assembly on 5th of this month.
