3rd Bengal International Film Festival BIFF has been inaugurated today at Satyajit Roy Film and Television Institute (SRFTI) in Kolkata. Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Bangla Abar have jointly organised the festival. It will continue till the 18th of this month. Our correspondent reports that during the festival, Films, short films, live concerts, panel discussions will be organised.
