In Uttar Pradesh, a group of 30 tea garden workers from Dibrugarh in Assam completed a visit to the holy cities of Kashi and Ayodhya yesterday, on the initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The group, including 25 women and 5 men, described the trip as a dream come true.

 

The workers said the Prime Minister had asked them during his visit to their tea garden if they had ever been to these sacred places. When they said no, he offered them the opportunity to visit.

 

During their trip, the workers offered prayers at Ram Temple in Ayodhya and Kashi Vishwanath Temple. They expressed their gratitude to Prime Minister Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for making the visit possible.
