SC dismisses West Bengal govt's plea against CBI probe into municipality recruitment scam

The Supreme Court today dismissed a plea filed by the West Bengal Government challenging the Calcutta High Court order transferring the probe in the West Bengal Municipality Recruitment scam to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
