Vice-President and Rajya Sabha Chairman C. P. Radhakrishnan today administered oath to Sat Paul Sharma and Rajinder Gupta. Mr Sharma and Mr Gupta are elected Members of the Upper House of the Parliament.    Mr. Sharma, from Bharatiya Janata Party, represents Jammu and Kashmir and was elected to the Upper House on 24th of the last month.
