Puducherry CM N. Rangasamy flags off the Tobacco-Free Youth Campaign 3.0 awareness rally

An awareness rally was organized jointly by the National Tobacco Control Programme, the State Tobacco Control Cell, and the Government Chest Diseases Hospital in Puducherry today as a part of Tobacco-Free Youth Campaign 3.0.  Chief Minister N.
