Leh district returns to normal; schools and public transport allowed from 10 AM to 6 PM

Traffic on all routes in Leh district of Ladakh has resumed and the daily life returned to normal today. District Administration has granted day long relaxation today for reopening of schools as well as plying of mini buses and other commercial vehicles. Relaxation has been granted from 10 AM to 6 PM.
