IMD issues red alert for very heavy rainfall in Bihar and Chhattisgarh

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red color warning predicting very heavy to extremely heavy rainfall over Bihar and Chhatisgarh today. The IMD also predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall over Northeast India including, Madhya Pradesh, Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.
